Biographical Sketch: Sarah Dugan earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2011. In 2012, Sarah began a fellowship with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Public Health Associate Program, and was stationed with the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) in St. Paul, Minnesota for two years. Her work there has included program planning and evaluation for the MDH Sexual Violence Prevention Program and technical assistance for the Minnesota Coalition Against Sexual Assault. She now works with the MDH Injury and Violence Prevention Unit, where she is part of a team conducting an epidemiologic investigation into illicit synthetic drug use in Duluth, MN.
