Biographical Sketch: Dr. Kelly is a board-certified internist with over 25 years' clinical experience in resource-poor settings and over 10 years public health experience at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in the Epidemic Intelligence Service, Chronic Diease, and Disvision of HIV/AIDS Prevention. As director of the Georgia Department fo Public Health HIV/AIDS Epidemiology Program, she led the development of the Georgia HIV Care Continuum.
