Biographical Sketch: John is a Senior Public Health Analyst with SAMHSA's Center for Substance Abuse Prevention. He is the project officer for cross-site evaluation of SPF-SIG grantees. He leads a team that is in charge of CSAP's data collection and analysis. In addition, he evaluates effectiveness of many CSAP funded projects.
