Biographical Sketch: Kristyn Marie Bigback, MPH is a Biostatistician and Project Support Specialist for the Improving Data and Enhancing Access – Northwest (IDEA-NW) Project. She earned her Masters degree from the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University in New York City in May 2012, after which she returned to her hometown of Portland, Oregon. Prior to graduate school, Kristyn worked as Research Assistant for the Native Children Always Ride Safe (CARS) Study at NPAIHB, and Office Manager at the same organization before that. She received her Bachelors degree from Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA in June 2006 with a major in Human Biology. An enrolled Northern Cheyenne tribal member, Kristyn is committed to reducing health disparities in American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) and other under-served populations.
