EIS Alumni Reception The Epidemic Intelligence Service Alumni Association will host a gathering for EIS Alumni on Monday, June 15 from 5:15 – 6:30 p.m. We encourage EIS alumni to also bring prospective EIS Program applicants to this event to meet other alumni and network.

Opening Reception Open to all attendees and is an excellent opportunity to connect with colleagues. Join us at the Alaska Native Heritage Center. Attendees will enjoy a cash bar with light hors d’oeuvres. RSVP is required at registration and no later than Friday, June 10, 2016 to attend. Guests registered for the conference may attend the reception or a guest fee for admission applies. Shuttle service will be provided to and from venue with details on schedule and stops provided prior to the event.

CSTE Run/Walk Event This is open to runners and walkers of all abilities. There is no fee for the event, but we do ask for confirmation of attendance at registration for further direct communications and details. T-shirts are available for purchase through conference registration only with limited sizes available after early-bird registration. A map of the route will be provided on the conference website. The goal is for attendees to enjoy themselves while getting a little bit of exercise!

President's Banquet Event is a casual dinner featuring a lecture in memory of Dr. Jonathan Mann and an awards ceremony to honor members. This is a fee event and admission is not included with conference registration. Dinner is served during the banquet with entrée selections limited to those chosen by CSTE; no substitutions are available. We encourage attendees to purchase tickets early as the event always SELLS OUT. Business attire please.

CSTE Business Meeting The conference concludes with the Business Meeting for the CSTE membership to discuss the business of CSTE and review position statements. All current members are welcome to attend the meeting. Official CSTE decisions are made by vote with only one vote per state or territory cast by the State Epidemiologist or an official Active member representative from the state or territory designated by the State Epidemiologist.
