1. To become familiar with the CSTE Overdose Subcommittee and its tools, recommendations, and accomplishments to address common problems with drug overdose surveillance using death certificates; 2. To share experiences and needs; and 3. To give input on future goals, opportunities, and possible priorities for the Subcommittee
Brief Summary:
The CSTE Overdose Subcommittee has developed tools, conducted cross-state data analysis, and featured expert guest speakers to address issues and needs related to improving drug overdose surveillance. This session will feature recent work and discuss upcoming priorities and projects. All are welcome to attend.
